Walking in the beach calms me in so many ways. The sound of the wave, the breeze of the wind and the reflection of people around keeps me think of composure.
Every time I go for a walk, I always notice people with loads of thoughts; people who are seem empty of seeing, people who are unfilled of thinking. I just thought they were also like me, just enjoying the quietness of the environment, enjoying the moment of emptiness.
In some ways, this sort of emptiness reminds of time to relax and do nothing, time to heal what’s been wounded, time to replenish all the senses that’s been consumed.
But most of it all, it’s time for fun, to gratefully celebrate life.
